Chapter 2 Responsibility and duty for the customer |

We recognize that customer satisfaction is the foundation of company development, and try to respect customer's right and enhance the value.
1) We maintain a faithful and honest attitude towards customers, protect customer's information and obey
customer's promise to secure trust.
2) We respect customer's opinion and provide the best quality and service with reasonable price based on
technology to the customer for customer satisfaction.
3) We do not perform any immoral activities to harm customer's benefit. |
Chapter 3. Fair competition and trade |

All trade must be proceed fair and freely under guaranteed fair opportunity, and we create a mutual trust and cooperation based on this to seek cooperative development in a long term.
1) We respect competitor's fair rights and make this competitive relationship as a chance of mutual development.

1) All employees must hold high ethical values and maintain personal dignity and company's honor.
2) We understand company's general policy, rules, regulations and duties and try our best on our tasks,
and handle all works clearly and fairly.
