(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 3월 각 공장별 생산성 향상에 매진하고 있는 환경개선 활동 사례를 여러분께 소개해 드리겠습니다.

 

 

본사 사출팀에서는 생산동內 금형보관 및 사용에 대한 시스템을 변경하였습니다.

금형 보관대를 별도로 설치하고, 작업자의 안전과 동선을 고려한 효율적인 배치가 실시하였습니다.

특히 각 호기별 금형 상치 현황을 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 실시간 금형 현황판을 배치하여 오퍼레이터들이 더욱 빠른 금형 위치 파악 및 즉시 이동이 가능하도록 환경개선 작업을 진행하였습니다.


 

윈테크(2공장)에서는 생산동 입구에 배치된 탈의실에 대한 환경개선 작업을 실시하였습니다.

케비넷 안의 개인 용품을 보호할 수 있도록 잠금 장치를 강화하고, 쉬는 시간 이외의 출입을 자제하는 등 보안 강화에 매진하고 있었습니다.

 또한 자체 3정5S 실시로 직원들이 보다 쾌적한 공간에서 일할 수 있는 여건을 조성하였습니다.


 

3공장 도장동에서는 제품 체결작업 진행시 주의사항을 한눈에 확인하기 쉽도록 구역별로 비치된 작업 설명서를 적극 비치하여 신규 작업자들의 현장 눈높이 교육 뿐 아니라 더욱 제품 생산에 집중할 수는 여건을 조성하고 있었습니다.


 

4공장 레이져실에서는 주야 교대전, 작업 전 후 직원들이 효과적으로 3정5S를 실시할 수 있도록 하기위해 청소도구함을 비치하여 청소를 실시하는 등 먼지 ZERO화 운동에 적극 동참하고 있었습니다.
