(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 3월 (주)삼광(대표이사 김진우)는 하도급 관련 법령 및 제도에 대한 교육을 실시하였습니다.

 

이번 교육은 하도급 법령 규정을 다시한번 확인하는 등 하도급 제도에 대한 이해력을 높임으로써 공정하고 투명한 하도급 거래를 실시하는 데 그 목적이 있습니다.


당사에서는 임원 및 각 팀장, 관련 팀원들이 모두 참석하였으며, 법무법인 화우에서 하도급관련 전문가인 이광우 변호사를 초빙하여 강의를 실시하였습니다.

주요 강의내용은

첫째, 하도급법 원사업자의 의무사항

둘째, 하도급법 원사업자의 금지사항

셋째, 기타 하도급법의 규제

넷째, 사례로 풀어보는 하도급 거래(원사업자 중심)로 구성되었습니다.

 


교육현장 모습

 

특히 이변호사는 하도급 사업자간 법상 불공정 거래행위에 대한 유형과 사례분석을 알기 쉽게 설명해 주면서 불공정 행위에 대한 법원의 판례분석을 통해 알 수 있듯이, 최근 하도급 거래 관련 강화된 법령을 다시한번 강조하였으며, 더욱 공정한 하도급 거래에 대한 법률 지식 및 실무역량 강화에 매진해 줄 것을 당부하였습니다.


또한 납품단가 조정은 법이나 정부정책에 의존하기 보다는 원사업자와 중소기업간 상생협력체제를 더욱 공유하고 서로의 상황을 이해하는 공감대를 형성하는 등 두 기업간 모두의 경쟁력 강화방안을 찾아 해결해 나가야 한다고 밝혔습니다.
