(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 3월 (주)삼광 4공장을 방문하였습니다.

 

4공장은 경산공단內 진량읍 아사리에 위치하고 있으며, 2013년 6월 연면적 1,708평(5,638㎡)의 3층 규모로 준공하여 최종 휴대폰 및 모바일 제품을 양산할 수 있는 일괄 생산체제를 구축하고 있습니다.

 
1층에 별도로 마련된 新사출동을 방문하였을 때 사출 팀장 및 오퍼레이터들이 생산성 향상을 주제로 현장회의를 실시하고 있었습니다.


현장 중심!

4공장 사출동 현장

 

4공장 사출팀은 각 호기별 담당자를 선정하고, 주기적으로 패트롤을 실시하여 사출생산 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 문제점들을 예측하고 공유, 개선해 나가는데 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.

특히 개선이 필요한 공정에 대해서는 명확한 원인과 대책방안을 함께 작성, 공유하여 품질경쟁력 높은 제품을 생산할 수 있도록 하는데 매진하고 있었습니다.

생산동 2층 교육장에 설치된 현장 개선사례 게시판

 

생산동 2층 교육장에서는 현장 직무능력 강화를 위한 교육을 실시하고 있었습니다. 생산성 및 품질경쟁력 향상은 결국 현장 관리자 및 직원들의 업무역량 강화가 최우선이라는 인재중심! 정책으로 현장 직무에 대한 핵심사항을 발표하고 공유하는 교육을 지속적으로 실시하고 있었습니다.

4공장 레이져팀 

 

생산동 2층에 위치한 레이져팀에서는 김창훈팀장이 분주히 레이져장비를 점검하고 있었습니다.

김 팀장은 제품 입고 전 Speed 있는 현장 대응력을 위해 사전 생산제품에 대한 세심한 사항을 모두 점검하고, 생산전 레이져 조건을 확정하고 직원들에게 작업지도서를 배포하는 등 제품 생산에 만전을 기하고 있었습니다.
