(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 3월, 금속제품 생산에 매진하고 있는 2공장을 방문하였습니다.

당사는 급변하는 환경속에 신속 대응하고 기술과 인재로 성장 기반을 구축하자는 新경영방침을 중심으로 모든 임직원들이 똘똘뭉쳐 맡은 바 업무에 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

 


 

특히 2공장 생산동 1층 MCT공정의 현장에서는 쉼없이 돌아가는 기계음이 들렸고, 일렬로 정렬된 MCT 장비마다 해당 작업자들이 제품 생산 및 생산성 향상 작업에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있었습니다.


각 구역별 현장 관리자를 중심으로 엔지니어들 또한 원활한 생산을 위해 장비점검에 만전을 기하고 있었으며, 입구에 설치된 품질경영본부 현장 사무실에서는 제품 하나하나에 대해 세밀히 치수를 검증해 나가는 등 품질경쟁력 있는 제품 생산에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.

첫째, 현장 內 즉판단! 즉개선! 실시

둘째, 야간 생산성 향상 및 현장 관리력 극대화

셋째, 원가절감을 위한 현장內 불필요한 사항 즉시 개선

넷째, 품질경쟁력 향상을 위한 철저한 치수 검증 시스템 도입

다섯째, 작업장內 안전관리 및 화재예방을 위한 교육 활동을 강화해 나가자고 밝혔습니다.
