(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 4월 특별 기획물을 신설하게 되었습니다.

 

 이번 기획물의 취지는 최근 新 경영방침에 따라 현장 중심으로 실시되고 있는 공정개선, 원가절감 및 직원들의 열정적인 노력이 돋보이는 기획물을 제작하여 ‘생산성 및 품질경쟁력 향상의 동기를 부여하고, 임직원 모두 똘똘뭉쳐 2015년 경영목표를 반드시 달성하는 데 그 목적이 있습니다.

 

 ‘현장愛’ 코너는 생산 현장에 모든 역량을 집중하고 '현장을 더욱 사랑하자'라는 뜻으로 탄생되었습니다.

 

 그 첫 번째 시간으로 당사의 금속 주력모델인 A5C 품질 경쟁력 향상에 대해 소개해 드리겠습니다.

 

 

본사 금형기술팀 모습

 

본사 금형기술팀에서는 품질경쟁력 향상을 위해서 CNC 일부 공정에서 발생하는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 특정 차수별 금형들을 일일이 구분하여 집중적으로 개선작업을 실시하고, 실시간 상황을 모든 팀원들에게 공유하는 등 한발 앞선 제품 대응에 만전을 기하고 있었습니다.

 금형기술팀 박재형 책임수석은 전 팀원이 하나되어 지속적인 추가 금형 수정과 테스트를 통해 반드시 높은 품질의 제품을 생산하겠다는 강한 의지를 밝혔습니다.

 

 

 3공장 버핑공정內 모습

 

또한 3공장 버핑 공정에서는 특정 제품의 수축 개선을 위해 샌딩기별 기계 압을 세심하게 수정하여 제품을 생산하고 있으며, 특히 오토버핑 기기를 적극적으로 도입하여 원가절감을 조기에 실현하고 생산성 향상 및 품질 개선에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있습니다.

 3공장 제조팀장은 더욱 효율적인 공정 개선을 위해 LAY-OUT을 변경하고 작업 방식을 3단계로 단순화하여 사업장 內 원활한 생산 운영체제를 갖춰나가고 직원들이 더욱 안정된 공간에서 효율적으로 근무 할 수 있도록 하는데 더욱 만전을 기하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
