(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 4월 (주)삼광(대표이사 김진우)는 한마음 협의회를 개최하였습니다.

 

이번 협의회는 임직원들의 화합과 조직 활성화를 통해 더욱 일하기 좋은 사업장을 만드는 데 그 목적이 있습니다.

이번 회의 주제는 건전한 조직으로의 성장 발전이며, 각 생산 공정별 대표자 1명이 참석하였습니다.


본사 사출팀 강현숙반장은 생산현장 직원들을 격려하기 위한 지속적인 간식제공에 감사를 표현하였습니다.

 

또한 각 공정별 생산성 향상 방안을 주제로한 주요 사항으로

첫째, 업무역량에 따른 각 현장별 작업 재배치

둘째, 명확한 생산목표 설정 및 인당 생산수량 수치화

셋째, 생산현장內 실행 가능한 원가절감을 적극 실천하여 회사의 성장 발전에 매진하자고 밝혔습니다.

본사 조립팀 채미화반장은 조립 공정內 여성전용 화장실 신설 및 1층 휴게실 개선으로 더욱 괘적한 환경에서 편안하게 시설물을 이용할 수 있는 여건이 조성되었다고 밝히고, 모든 임직원들의 적극적인 관심으로 새롭게 조성된 휴게 공간들을 통해 사내커뮤니케이션이 더욱 활발히 진행되었으면 한다고 밝혔습니다.
