(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 4월 (주)삼광 오토모티브(4공장)을 방문하였습니다.

 

넓게 정돈된 주차장을 지나 입구로 향하는 길에 화사한 분홍 빛 꽃망울을 퍼트리고 있는 복사꽃 나무들이 완연한 봄의 기운을 한껏 돋보이게 하는 요즘입니다.

 

 “품질 혁신! 프로세스 혁신을 통한 글로벌 경쟁력 확보”

 

건물 앞 강렬한 푸른 기운을 느낄 수 있는 강한 문구가 인상적입니다.

품질경쟁력 높은 양질의 제품을 생산하기 위한 4공장 임직원들의 굳은 의지가 보입니다.

동편에 위치한 신사출동 현장 內 사무실에는 당사에서 자랑하는 있는 생산 자동화 시스템, 특허 현황, 현장 개선을 통한 품질경쟁력 확보 사례에 대한 자세한 소개가 기재되어 있었습니다.

 

 

2층 CNC동 앞에는 실시간 상황 모니터가 설치되어 있어 당일 특정 제품에 대한 개선대책과 발생 원인을 분석하는 회의 장면과 상세 내용 등을 누구나 확인할 수 있는 별도의 공간을 마련하여 현장 중심의 끊임없는 개선에 대해 모든 직원들이 참할 수 있는 공간을 마련하였습니다.

 

 

 

또한 생산동 입구에서는 불량 제로화 운동의 일환으로 3단계 방화셔터 및 입구 게이트를 별도로 통과하게 하여 먼지유입을 전면차단하였으며, 계단 통로에는 당사의 대,내외 성과 및 사내 문화를 간접적으로 확인 할수 있는 다양한 사진들을 전시한 부분이 인상적입니다.

 

 3층 도장라인에서는 불량ZERO화 운동을 위해 각 공정별 책임제를 강화하여 1일 생산실적을 점검하는 등 품질경쟁력 높은 제품을 만들기 위해 현장 內 모든 직원들이 자신이 맡은 직무에 열정적으로 매진하는 멋진 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.
