(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 4월 동관법인은 사업장 內 기숙사동을 중심으로 방역 및 실내 청결활동을 실시하였습니다.

 

현재 동관법인에서 운영되고 있는 기숙사는 총 8개 동으로, 약 2,000명을 수용할 수 있고, 2인~10인등 다양한 호실과 휴게실 및 각종 편의시설을 완비하고 있어 기숙사를 거주하고 있는 직원들이 쾌적한 환경에서 생활하는데 많은 도움을 주고 있습니다.

 


 

이번 방역 및 기숙사 실내 청결 활동의 목적은 거주에 따른 다양한 의견 수렴 및 제반 문제점을 사전에 파악하여 개선함으로써 직원들의 생활 만족도를 더욱 높이는데 그 목적이 있습니다.


 

동관법인 관리본부 박상민 차장은 매주 1회 이상 기숙사를 방문하여 체크리스트에 의한 기숙사 환경을 점검하고, 청결한 숙소로 지정된 기숙사동에 대해서는 별도로 실생활에 필요한 다양한 생활용품을 직원들에게 제공하는 행사를 지속적으로 실시하고 있다고 밝히면서 기숙사 및 시설물을 이용하는 직원 모두가 만족할 수 있는 쾌적한 환경을 만들어 가는데 최선을 다하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
