(삼광 NEWS)- 생산 현장에 모든 역량을 집중하고 ‘현장을 더욱 사랑하자’라는 뜻으로 탄생된 현장愛 코너도 2회째를 맞이하였습니다.

 

특별기획 현장愛 코너는 생산현장을 중심으로 실시되고 있는 공정개선, 원가절감, 품질경쟁력 향상의 동기를 부여하고 임직원들이 모두 똘똘뭉쳐 2015년 경영목표를 반드시 달성하자는 데 그 목적이 있습니다.


 

2015년 4월 본사 사출동 전용 창고에서는 먼지 ZERO화 운동의 일환으로 창고문 개폐(開閉)에 관련된 센서를 별도로 설치하여 완전히 문이 닫히지 않으면 센서벨을 계속적으로 울리게 하는 등 먼지 유입을 사전에 철저하게 차단하고 있었습니다.


 

휴대폰 금속제품의 주요 생산 기지인 3공장에서는 버핑 생산 현장內 임직원들의 생산성 향상 및 쾌적한 환경을 조성하기 위해 구역별 대형 가습기를 별도로 배치하고, 환풍구 시스템을 정비하는 등 작업장內 환경개선 사업을 실시하였으며, 더욱 생산에 적합한 작업 환경을 만들기 위해 불필요한 작업 동선을 과감하게 개선하고, 일일 생산계획 대비 실적을 체크해 나가는 등 임직원들은 현장을 중심으로 각자 맡은 바 직무에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.


윈테크(2공장)에서는 실외 환경개선 및 에너지 절감을 위해 동편 뒤 별도의 수거장을 마련하였습니다. 본 수거장은 사업장에서 나오는 각종 쓰레기 및 폐기물을 다시한번 분리수거하여 에너지 절감을 위한 재활용을 촉진하기 위해 실시되었습니다.


 

4공장 자재구매팀에서는 제품 경유창고 출입 전 일일 출하 실적 및 전일 입출고 관리 현황판이 비치되어 있었으며, 신입사원들을 위한 창고관리 지침 및 일일 창고 관리 체크리스트 등을 현황판에 비치하는 등 생산성 향상 및 업무역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 활동을 실시하고 있었습니다.
