(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 4월 (주)삼광 동관법인(대표이사 김진우)는 한국어 교육 및 한국문화에 대한 강좌를 개설한다고 밝혔습니다.

 

 이번 교육은 동관법인內 중국 현지인들을 대상으로 실시되었으며 한국어를 습득하고, 한국 문화에 대한 깊은 이해를 통해 업무 진행시 사업장內 한국인 임직원들과 더욱 유기적으로 커뮤니케이션하여 생산성 향상 및 글로벌 업무역량을 확대하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었습니다.

 

 

교육 일정은 2015년 4월~6월까지 약 3개월 간 실시될 예정이며, 주요 교육 내용으로는

 

첫째, 초급, 중급, 고급 3단계로 나눠 언어 습득 레벨별 프로그램 개설 후 운영

둘째, 직장생활과 밀접한 장소에서 발생되는 주요 한국어 습득능력 강화

셋째, 본인의 업무 진행시 필요한 주요 한국어 습득 및 실습강의

넷째, 한국 전통 명절, 고유 풍습 등 문화에 대한 이해

다섯째, 한국 TV방송 및 간단한 수필이나 신문기사 등을 읽을 수 있고 말하는 수업 방식으로 진행될 예정입니다.

 

 

이번 교육에 참여한 2공장 인사팀 양치리 사원은 한국어 어학교육으로 인해 한국어 능력 향상 및 직장 생활에 많은 도움이 될 수 있는 다양한 교육을 받을 수 있게 되어 사업장에서 함께 근무하고 있는 한국 임직원들과 업무 진행시 더욱 유기적이고 빠르게 일을 처리할 수 있게 되었다고 밝혔습니다.

또한 끝까지 한국어 교육을 잘 완료하여 회사에 꼭 보탬이 될 수 있는 글로벌 인재로 성장 발전하겠다는 당찬 포부를 밝혔습니다.
