(삼광 NEWS)- 지난달 대표이사께서는 생산성향상에 매진하고 있는 임직원들을 격려하기 위해 3공장 생산동을 방문하셨습니다.

 

당사는 최근 휴대폰 Trend 변화에 따른 한발 앞선 대응으로 품질 경쟁력 높은 금속제품을 생산하는데  최선을 다하고 있습니다.

 

3공장 전경

 

신규 금속 제품의 생산에 매진하고 있는 3공장은 도장外 버핑 등의 공정을 보유하고 있으며, 당사의 핵심 생산기지로서의 역할을 훌륭하게 수행하고 있습니다.


대표이사 현장 훈시 

 

대표이사께서는 직접 버핑 현장을 방문하여 현장 직원들의 노고를 치하하셨으며, 특히 현장 內 비치된 자동화 장비를 직접 점검하시면서 더욱 생산성 높은 제품을 생산하는데 모든 임직원들이 매진해 줄 것을 당부하셨습니다.


 

또한 대표이사께서는 주요사항으로

첫째, 기존 생산 공정內 작업 동선을 획기적으로 변경하여 투입->작업->완료 등 3단계 공정으로 단순화 하여 생산성 향상에 매진하자.

둘째, 현장 內 불필요한 요소를 과감히 제거하여, 원가절감을 실현해 가자.

셋째, 효율적인 작업자 배정 및 치수 품질 검증능력 강화

셋째, 3정 5S를 더욱 철저히 하고, 참신한 아이디어 제안을 통한 생산성 향상 작업에 더욱 매진해 줄 것을 당부하셨습니다.


본사 제조본부 박재철팀장은 품질경쟁력 높은 제품 생산을 위해서는 현장 관리역량 강화 및 생산직원들의 업무 노하우 공유가 중요하다고 말하고, 생산현장을 중심으로 똘똘뭉쳐 맡은 바 업무에 최선을 다하자고 밝혔습니다.
