(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 4월 중국 동관시에 위치한 (주)삼광 동관법인(대표이사 김진우)는 점심시간을 이용하여 식당內 사랑의 음식 나눔 행사를 실시하였습니다.

이번 행사는 각 임원 및 팀별 관리자들과 현지에서 근무하고 있는 임직원들간의 거리를 좁히고 친목도모를 위한 원활한 커뮤니케이션 활성화로 더욱 유기적인 업무 관계를 구축하기 위해 실시되었습니다.

 

매주 월요일에서 금요일까지 실시되고 있는 이번 행사는 음식을 손수 담아 줄 임원 및 현지 관리자를 선발하여 각 식당별로 배식을 실시하면서 임직원들과 일일이 눈을 마주치며 직원들에 대한 노고를 격려하였습니다.

 


 

동관법인 관리본부 채희석상무는 식사 후 매점 앞 휴게실을 중심으로 음료수 및 전통 건강차를 무료로 제공하고 있다고 밝혔습니다. 또한 업무 종료 후 슬기롭게 시간을 내어 스포츠 취미활동을 함께하며 그 간 업무 시 애로사항에 대한 직원들의 다양한 의견을 수렴하고, 그 부분을 적극 반영해 나가는 등 임직원들의 더욱 효율적인 업무 환경 개선 및 능률 향상을 위해 최선을 다하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
