(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 5월 중국 동관은 30도를 웃도는 한 여름 날씨를 보이고 있습니다.

 

동관법인 임직원들은 무더운 날씨에도 불구하고 각자 맡은 바 업무에 매진하고 있었습니다.


2공장 동편에 위치한 E동은 고객사의 원활한 납기 대응 및 당사의 Global 핵심 생산기지의 역할을 위해 2013년 설립되었습니다.


E동 동편에 위치한 자재구매팀 사무실을 방문하였습니다.

김인현대리가 주관하고 있는 아침 회의에서는 전일 자재입고 및 검수, 제품 불출현황을 함께 점검하고 부족한 제품에 대해 조달영업팀 담당자와 재고현황 공유 후 자재 발주를 협의하는 등 업무에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.


회의를 마친 팀원들은 제품 검수작업을 실시하여 재고 정확도 향상 작업에 매진하고 있었으며, 제품 창고에서는 미리 고객사로 발송할 제품에 대해 일목요연하게 품목을 구분하는 등 한발 앞선 대응으로 고객사의 완활한 납기 대응에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.

또한 자재구매팀에서는 원가 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 직접 여러 제품들 일일이 검수하고 부품 공급 협력사와 별도로 협의하는 등 가격 경쟁력 있는 제품을 납품하는데 만전을 기하고 있었습니다.
