 (삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 5월, 푸른 여름의 기운을 가득 품은 (주)삼광 오토모티브를 방문하였습니다.

 

경산 진량에서 아사리 방향으로 큰 대로를 따라 10분 남짓 이동하면 초여름의 푸르름을 만끽할 수 있는 농로길이 보이고, 50M 남짓 언덕에 위치한 4공장의 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.

 

 

 주차장을 지나 사출동을 방문하였을 때, 마침 신규모델 양산에 매진하고 있는 사출팀 직원들의 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.


고객사에서 요청한 신규 모델의 스펙에 맞게 제품을 생산하기 위해 치수측정을 하고 있는 본사 기구개발팀 정광민대리와 4공장 사출팀 손삼식과장이 서로 머리를 맞대고 현장 업무에 매진하고 있었습니다.

손과장은 본격적인 양산前 사출 개발 업무 진행시 생산성 및 수율향상을 위해서는 생산관련 모든 부서가 일치단결(一致團結)하여 조기에 고객사가 만족하는 품질경쟁력 높은 제품을 생산하는 것이 중요하다고 말하고, 앞으로도 현장 중심의 업무를 더욱 강화해 나가겠다는 의지를 밝혔습니다.

또한 현장 게시판에는 작업자들을 위한 품질 현황판이 비치되어 있어 일일 각 제품별 품질 상황을 다시한번 공유할 수 있었으며, 당사의 행동강령인 한 발 앞서가기를 중심으로 실시한 현장 개선현황 및 자동화 장비들이 일목요연하게 소개되어 있었습니다.
