(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 7월 (주)삼광 오토모티브(대표이사 김진우)는 MES 구축 보고회를 실시하였습니다.

 

삼광 오토모티브 2층 교육장에서 실시된 이번 보고회에서는 이은철 이사를 비롯한 관리자 모두가 참석한 가운데 실시된 이번 보고회는 MES 시스템 활용을 통한 실시간 자재수불관리, 재고관리의 정확성 제고 및 경영의사 결정 자료 등 경영성과를 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있습니다.

 

 

주요 내용으로는

첫째, 통합 생산실적를 위한, 실시간 생산현황, 수율현황, 불량현황을 관리할 수 있는 시스템 구현

둘째, 설비 및 금형관리 측면에서는 금형정보 및 수리 이력에 대한 실시간 모니터링이 가능하도록 구현

셋째, 품질관리 즉면에서는 생산공정 전반의 품질 추적관리 및 품질 데이터에 대한 세밀한 분석이 가능한 시스템 구현

넷째, 표준 관리 측면에서는 공정별 표준 작업 설비에 맞는 DATA관리, BOM에 따른 생산계획 수립에 적합한 최적의 시스템을 구축해 나갈 예정입니다.


(주)삼광 지원팀 전산파트 김규태과장은 성공적인 MES 구축을 위한 TFT 회의룸을 오토모티브에 운영하여 공정별 생산현장의 Process를 꼼꼼히 점검하는 등 생산현장 담당자들과의 유기적인 협조를 통해 삼광만의 특화된 MES를 구축하고 정착화시켜 나가겠다는 굳은 포부를 밝혔습니다.


 

이번 보고회에 참석한 이은철이사는 MES시스템 구축을 축하하면서 이번 프로젝트가 성공적으로 끝나기 위해서는 생산현장 및 실무 담당자들의 끊임없는 노력과 관심이 가장 필요하다고 말하고 시스템 구축에 최선을 다하겠다는 강한 의지를 밝혔습니다.
