 (삼광 NEWS)- 어느덧 올해도 마지막 1개월을 남겨두고 있습니다.

2013년 6월 최미화 반장편을 시작으로 팀내 숨어있는 우수인재를 찾아 그들의 바쁜 일상을 들여다보고 유익한 업무 지식 등을 공유하는 코너인 인물탐구도 어느덧 31회째를 맞이하였습니다.


이번 인물탐구 코너 시간에는 “1인 3역”이상의 역할을 훌륭히 해내고 있는 동관법인 구매팀 양위림사원을 여러분께 소개합니다.


양사원의 아침은 전일 이슈모델에 대한 현장 재고 파악으로 시작됩니다. 창고 구석구석 금일 납품해야 할 제품에 대해 꼼꼼히 파악하고 수량을 노트에 기록하는 등 양사원 바쁜 하루를 보내고 있었습니다.


오전 구매팀과의 재고 미팅이 끝난 9시 조달영업팀 담당자로부터 급한 연락을 받습니다.

“금일 15시까지 수검의뢰 나온 품목을 정리하여 긴급 출하 바랍니다.”

양사원은 긴급 출하 품목을 다시 한 번 꼼꼼히 점검하고 곧장 제품 포장을 실시하고 있었습니다.

점심식사 후 다소 나른한 오후! 구매팀 양사원은 특유의 파이팅으로 구매 사무실의 분위기를 한층 밝게 만드는 긍정의 사나이기도 합니다.


그의 현장 노트에는 금일 해야 할 일들이 빼곡히 적혀 있었습니다. 그 중 우선순위를 정하고 필요시 팀원들에게 협조를 요청하는 등 제한된 시간 안에 모든 제품을 출하하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.
