삼광NEWS)- 2017년 1월 (주)삼광(대표이사 김진우)은 라스베가스 국제전자제품 박람회(CES)에 참관하였습니다. 동 박람회는 전세계 가전제품 박람회 중 최대 규모로 실시되는 행사로 가전업계 TREND를 대표합니다.

(주)삼광은 현재 어려운 경영환경에서도 미래를 위한 굳은 의지를 세워, 역대 최다 인원으로 박람회 참가하였습니다. 모바일 사업부장 이사 송종득, 신수종 영업부장 이사 최진영과 동관 모바일 개발팀장 부장 변홍석, 신수종 영업팀장 부장 강성민, 미국에서 주재하며 고객 대응하고 있는 과장 이진용, 이상 5명이 참가하였으며, 스마트폰 뿐 아니라 자동차까지 확장하고 있는 현재 IT 제품 수준과 시장성을 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다.

 


참가자들의 공통적인 소감은, 모든 기업들이 스마트폰 등 기존 자기영역사업을 넘어 VR, 드론, 자동차까지 명운을 걸고 진출을 모색하고 있다는 점입니다. 그것이 실체화한 형태로서, 스마트카 등 융복합 부품 전시가 많았다는 의견 입니다.

미래 먹거리에 대한 뭔가를 만들어야 한다는 절박함을 여실히 느낄 수 있는 전시였습니다. 전시회 참가 업체 3800여 개 가운데 3분의 1인 1300여 곳이 중국 기업이고, 중국의 성장과 영역의 확장에 위기를 느꼈습니다.
한편, 이 흐름에 합세하기 위해 중국에서 기업을 하는 것이 아니라, 그냥 중국기업, 중국화가 필요함을 확인하는 자리였습니다.
