이번 품질 발대식에서는 갈수록 치열 해지는 경쟁 속에서 살아 남을 수 있는 방법은 오직 품질밖에 없음을 인지하여, 전 직원들의 품질의식을 제고 하기 위해 마련 되었습니다.

이번 행사에서는 우수사원 포상과 함께 발대식 결의문 낭독, 품질실천 선서, 대표이사 훈시 등으로 진행 되었고, 단순히 구호에 그치는 행사가 아니라 실천적인 모습으로 직원들의 마인드를 재무장 해야 한다고 대표이사께서 힘주어 말씀 하셨습니다.
