(삼광 news) 2017년 7월 3일부터 ㈜삼광은 새로운 그룹웨어를 시행하게 되었습니다. 변경된 그룹웨어는 투자비 2억5천만원, 2017. 4월부터 6월 말까지 약 3개월에 걸친 개발기간을 통해, 2017. 7. 3일 부로 정식오픈하게 되었습니다. 기존 그룹웨어와의 가장 큰 차이점은 모바일 그룹웨어를 구축하여 언제 어디서나 스마트폰으로 접속, 메일 및 전자결재 등을 확인할 수 있으며, 이를 통해, 장기출장 및 외근으로 인하여 늦어지던 결재처리 시간을 단축시켜 신속한 의사결정이 가능하게 되었습니다. 또한, 사내 메신저 도입을 통해 임직원 간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 활동에 도움을 줄 것이며, 개인 메신저를 통해 쉽게 유출될 수 있는 회사의 정보도 사내메신저를 통해 송, 수신함으로 사내 기밀 유출을 사전에 방지 할 수 있는 기대효과가 있습니다. 이 외에도 대용량 파일 첨부, 크로스 브라우징, 동관 사용자 속도 및 성능저하 문제 등 많은 부분이 개선되었습니다. 신규 그룹웨어에 대한 사용자 교육은 국내 및 동관 전직원을 대상으로 사전에 진행 되었으며, 그룹웨어 게시판을 통해 사용자 매뉴얼을 확인 하실 수 있습니다. 향후 지속적인 업데이트를 통해 업무효율을 극대화하는 솔루션이 될 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력해 나가겠습니다. 또한 전 임직원께서는 새로운 그룹웨어와 함께 항상 발전하고 진취적인 삼광인이 될 수 있도록 노력해 주시기 바랍니다.
