 (삼광NEWS) - (주)삼광(대표이사 김진우)은 44년의 역사를 이어온 플라스틱 컴포넌트 및 윈도우 생산 기업으로 본격적인 베트남 진출을 앞두고 있습니다. 지난 4월 2일 김진우 대표이사는 성공적인 베트남 진출과 조기안정화를 위하여 베트남 법인으로 파견 예정인 임직원들의 문화적, 언어적 괴리감을 최소화 해야 한다고 강조 하였습니다. 이 같은 대표이사의 신념 하에 경영지원팀은 현지인 베트남어 강사를 초빙하여 본사 1층 통합사무실 통합 미팅룸에서 베트남어 사내 교육을 진행하고 있습니다.

이어서 실생활에서 활용할 수 있는 여러 회화 표현을 배우고 함께 소리내어 연습하였습니다. 낯설고 어색한 문자와 어려운 성조 탓에 입에 익숙하도록 하는 것이 어려웠지만 바쁜 시간을 쪼개어 수업을 듣고 열심히 따라하는 삼광 임직원들의 열정을 엿볼 수 있었습니다.
