2013년 1월 31일에 동관시 하우 부시장께서 동관삼광 3공장 신축현장을 방문했습니다.

이 자리에 당사 김진우 대표이사님, 유성곤 법인장님, 삼광 주요 관리자 및 동관시정부 진지초 부비서장, 시외경무국, 발전 및 개혁국, 국토자원국 등 동관시 관련부서의 책임자들과 사강진 당위원회 윤조용 서기를 비롯한 사강진 주요 지도자들이 함께 했으며, 동관삼광 3공장의 공사 진척 현황을 설명하고 내방객과 함께 사강 진정부로 이동하였습니다.
