Attached file img 당사는 2013年 5月 14日(화) 대구 엑스코 1층 전시관에서 진행된 2013年 대구경북 강소기업 채용박람회에 참가하였습니다.

 
금번 행사는 대구 고용노동부, 대구광역시중소기업청, 경상북도중소기업청 주관으로 실시 되었으며, 지역의 일자리를 필요로하는 청년층과 대구, 경북지역의 중소기업을 매칭해 주는 행사로 작년에 이어 2회째를 맞이하였습니다.

 
당사에서는 청년 구직자들을 위한 1층 전용 홍보부스를 설치하여, ㈜삼광의 생산 및 국내외 법인현황과 회사발전 전망 및 비전등에 대해서 적극 홍보하고 구직 직무에 대한 상담 및 1차 전형(서류 심사 및 면접)을 진행하였습니다. 1차 전형 합격자를 심사하여 2차 면접을 한 후 최종 합력자를 결정할 예정입니다.


모집대상은 금형업무, 설계업무, 개발업무, 자재구매업무, 조달영업업무 등 총 5개 분야이고, 1차 서류전형 및 면접은 60여명으로 전년대비 50%이상 증가하였으며, 삼광의 지속적인 발전에 대한 높아진 인지도를 실감할 수 있었습니다.

 
특히 ㈜삼광 김진우 대표이사께서는 본 채용박람회 참가결과를 보고 받으시고, 우리 삼광이 끊임없는 성장을 위해서는 기술개발 및 지속적인 인재육성과 채용이 중요하다고 말씀 하시면서 내부인재 육성과 외부 우수인재 채용에 더욱 체계적이고 적극적으로 추진할 것을 당부하셨습니다.
