Attached file img  당사에서는 5월 24일부터 5월 25일 까지 1박 2일간 무주 리조트에서 "지속적인 삼광 발전을 위한 화합의 장" 을 주제로 한 2013년도 상반기 간부 워크샵을 개최하였습니다.


 팀장 및 차부장급 이상 간부들이 참가한 가운데 열린 이번 워크샵에서는 "지속적인 삼광 발전"을 위해 간부들의 리더십을 한층 더 끌어올리고, 금년도 경영목표 달성을 다시 한 번 다짐하는 뜻 깊은 시간이 되었습니다.


첫 날인 5월 24일에는 2013년도 경영목표 달성을 위한 삼광인의 자세, 중점추진 전략, 각 공장별 생산성 향상 방안에 대한 활발한 토의가 있었으며, 환율 변동에 따른 리스크 관리에 대해서도 논의 하였습니다.

이 자리에서 당사 김진우 대표이사께서는 그동안 쉼 없이 전진하고 최선을 다해준 전임직원들의 노고에 깊은 감사를 표하시며, "이럴 때 일 수록 자신감은 갖되 자만은 절대 금물이며, 벼가 익을 수록 고개를 숙이듯이, 더욱 긴장감을 갖고 겸손한 자세로 똘똘 뭉쳐 매진해 나갈 것"을 당부하셨습니다.


이어진 저녁식사에서는 대표이사께서 직접 준비하신 싱싱한 회와 함께 박희웅 부사장을 비롯한 선발대 인원들이 오전부터 덕유산 정상에서 직접 채취한 산내음이 물씬 풍기는 각종 나물들을 곁들여 더욱 맛있고 풍족하게 즐길 수 있었습니다.

 

 이튿 날인 5월 25일에는 덕유산 산행을 하면서 팀워크를 다지고 자연속에서 재충전하는 기회를 가졌으며, 정상에서 선 모두는 다시 한 번 삼광의 무궁한 발전과 금년도 경영목표를 반드시 달성하겠다는 힘찬 구호를 외쳤습니다.

 

 이번 워크샵은 화합의 장을 비롯하여 저녁식사, 다같이 노래방, 체력 짱! 덕유산행 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 참석한 전 간부들 모두가 보람찬 시간과 잊지 못 할 추억거리를 만들었으며, 더욱 잘해보겠다는 새로운 결의를 힘차게 다지면서 2013년 상반기 워크샵을 성공적으로 마무리 하였습니다..
