Attached file img  2013년 5월 30일 (목) 당사 중역회의실에서 박희웅 부사장을 비롯한 임원 및 부서장들이 참석한 가운데 ‘5월 우수개선제안 심사 및 발표회’를 개최하였습니다.

 

당사는 2006년 4월부터 본 개선제안 제도를 실시해오고 있으며, 임직원들의 창의성을 최대한 발휘케하여, 회사발전 및 임직원 개인의 성장을 도모하는데 그 의의를 두고 있습니다.

 

이번 우수개선제안 발표회에서는 조달영업팀 강동호차장외 5名의 개선제안 건이 최종 선정되었으며, 5月 최우수 개선제안은 제품기술본부 제갈용수 과장의 도장공정 개선건이 선정 되었습니다.

 

이 자리에 참석한 박희웅부사장께서는 생산현장을 중심으로 개선제안을 확대하고, 채택된 개선제안에 대해서는 포상금을 상향 해 나가는 등 제도적으로 더욱 활성화하겠다고 말씀하셨습니다.
