지난 6月 11日(화) 연세대학교 루스채플관에서는 행정대학원 제59기 최고위정책과정 수료식이 개최되었습니다.

 본 수료식에는 최고위정책과정을 마친 (주)삼광 김진우대표이사를 비롯한 사회 각계 각층의 리더 21명이 참석하였으며, 대학측에서는 장동진 행정대학원장을 비롯한 관계교수들이 자리를 함께 했습니다.

 본 최고위정책과정은 3월부터 6월까지 4개월동안 주2회 실시되었으며, 리더십, 정책결정, 경영환경 분석, 미래사회 진단 등 다양한 분야의 주제로 각 분야별 최고의 전문가로 구성된 교수진에 의해 진행되었습니다.

 김진우대표이사께서는 평소 기업의 최고경영자로서 기업경영과 잦은 국내외 출장 및 다양한 사회활동 등으로 바쁜 가운데에도 시간을 쪼개어 작년도 경영학 박사학위 취득에 이어 본 최고위정책과정을 이수하는등 자신의 성장발전에 끊임없이 노력을 경주하고 있습니다.

 항상 “결국 사람이 기술이며 이것이 우리의 핵심이다”라는 소신을 강조하면서 대표이사 본인도 솔선하여 실천하고, 임직원들의 성장을 위하여 다양하고 체계적인 연수 교육기회를 부여하는 등 인재육성에도 심혈을 기울이고 있습니다.
