현지 고객사의 원활한 제품납기 및 판매에 기여하고 있는 조달영업팀의 활약상을 소개합니다.


중국 광동성 근방에 위치하고 있는 (주)삼광 동관법인은 중국 경제도시인 심천시와도 인접하고 있어 사회기반 시설 및 도시 인프라가 비교적 잘 갖춰져 있다고 볼 수 있습니다.


조달영업팀은 현지화 전략에 따라 국내와는 다르게 한국 직원 6명을 제외하고 나머지 인원을 모두 중국인으로 구성되어 있으며, 한국직원들을 중심으로 똘똘뭉쳐 생산성 향상 및 조달납기 달성에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다,


이른 아침 동관법인 조달영업팀 회의실에서는 황재영팀장 주관으로 전일 생산실적 및 일일 납기현황을 점검하고 차주 생산계획을 직원들에게 꼼꼼하게 공유하고 있었습니다.


‘현지 도장 협력사를 10시까지 방문하여 자재 수급계획 다시한번 점검 후 보고 바랍니다.’

황팀장의 지시사항에 박봉근과장을 비롯한 한국 직원들은 발빠르게 협력사로 향하고 있었습니다.’


조립라인을 방문 하였을 때 조달영업팀 유재민대리와 김석민대리가 함께 현장을 둘러보고 조립담당자와 머리를 맞대고 명일 긴급자재 수급계획에 대해서 다시한번 점검하고 있었으며, 조달영업팀 사무실에서는 박정민 과장을 중심으로 전 공정에 대한 가용재고 파악 및 활용방안에 대해서 실시간 유선 회의를 실시하고 있었습니다.


또한 조달영업팀 직원들은 지난 주말 슬기롭게 시간을 내어 지속적인 생산성향상을 위한 팀 세미나를 다녀왔으며, 더욱 굳건한 유기적인 협조체제를 갖추고 남들보다 한발 앞선 대응으로 고객사의 납품 대응에 최선을 다하겠다고 말하였습니다.
