(주)삼광은 근로자의 근무여건 만족과 환경 개선을 통해 직원들이 더욱 만족하고 맡은 직무에 매진할 수 있는 직장분위기 조성을 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
 
(주)삼광 동관법인에서는 신규 직원들에 대한 교육 강화 및 직무능력 향상을 위해 2공장 B동에 직원 교육장을 신설하였습니다. 이번 신설된 교육장에서는 직무 교육외에도 직원들을 위한 현장 안전교육 및 팀별 자체교육도 함께 실시하고 있으며 직원들간 자유로운 토론을 할 수 있는 회의장으로도 사용될 예정입니다.
 
(주)삼광 본사에서는 2층 사무동과 공장동을 잇는 연결통로를 개선하여 쉬는 시간에 많은 직원들이 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 공간을 별도로 마련하여 운영 중에 있습니다.
특히 조달영업팀 조립파트 이세미 주임은 이번 휴게실 운영으로 파트내 많은 여직원들이 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 공간이 제공된 점에 대해 회사에 감사를 표현하였습니다.
