Attached file img  (삼광NEWS)- 2014년 1월 (주)삼광은 품질 목표 달성을 위한 자재 취급자 교육을 실시하였습니다.


이번 교육은 자재 취급 담당자들의 기본 직무교육을 재정립하고 자재 취급 시 업무 스킬 능력을 향상시켜 더욱 품질 높은 제품을 생산하는데 그 목적이 있습니다.


(주)삼광 부사장 및 부서별 팀장이 참석한 가운데 실시된 이번 교육은 자세변화(Mind Change), 자재 취급의 기본 마인드 재정립, 낭비 감소를 위한 눈으로 보는 관리법, 팀 경쟁력 향상을 위한 팀빌딩. 자재 취급의 필요성, 부사장님 특강 순으로 실시되었습니다.


이번 교육에 참석한 본사 조달영업팀 백갑수대리는 이번 교육을 통해 제품 취급시 더욱 주의해서 포장, 운반하며 금일 교육받은 내용을 동료 직원들에게 전파하여 소중한 제품을 취급, 운반하는데 최선을 다하겠다는 당찬 포부를 밝혔습니다.


박희웅 부사장께서는 특강을 통해 자재 취급 및 운반에 대한 중요성을 다시한번 인식하고 자재 취급관리와 방법을 숙지하여 품질 목표달성에 만전을 기해줄 것을 당부하였습니다.
