Attached file img  (삼광NEWS)- 2014년 3월 (주)삼광 동관법인에서는 전 임직원들이 똘똘뭉쳐 신모델 양산에 매진하고 있었습니다.


사무동 중역대회의실에서는 성공적인 신모델 양산을 위한 야간 관리자 회의가 실시되고 있었습니다.

동관법인장 주관으로 실시된 이번 회의에서는 각 공정별 주/야간 책임자를 편성하고 현장에 적극 배치하는 등 원활한 공정이 진행될 수 있도록 하는데 중점을 두었으며, 특히 각 공정별 사전 문제점을 파악하고 즉시 개선할 수 있는 TFT체제를 일일 운영하여 생산현장 중심의 신모델 양산에 매진할 수 있는 시스템을 갖춰나가고 있습니다.


회의를 마친 동관법인장은 사출에서 조립까지 모든 생산현장을 방문하여 임직원 및 관리자 들을 격려하였으며, 물 흐르듯 막힘없는 생산라인 체제를 구축하여 생산성 향상에 매진해 줄 것을 당부하였습니다.
