(삼광NEWS)- 2014년 5월 생산동 금형자동화 팀을 방문하였을 때 자동화JIG 및 금형수정 작업에 열정을 다해 매진하고 있는 직원들의 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.
최강 금형자동화팀은 2011년 황성경팀장을 중심으로 JIG자동화를 적극 실시하여, 사출 무인 가동시스템을 정착 시켜나가고 있으며, 현재는 특정 공정의 자동화 로봇의 제작을 진행하는 등 개발 및 생산 리드타임을 획기적으로 단축시키는데 큰 기여를 하고 있습니다.
 
금형실 중앙 복도를 기점으로 양쪽으로 가지런히 놓여진 금형 작업대 위에서 연신 고개를 숙이며 금형수정에 최선을 다하고 있는 오인수책임은 특유의 눈웃음으로 작업장의 분위기를 한층 밝게 만드는 주인공입니다.
 
금형 작업대를 지나 안쪽으로 들어가면 더욱 섬세한 금형 수정작업에 집중할 수 있는 아늑한 작업 환경이 마련되어 있었습니다. 금형자동화팀 강재섭선임은 특정 JIG의 문제점을 빠르게 해결하기 위해 레이저용접기를 이용하여 Compact한 용접작업에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.
