Attached file img  (삼광 NEWS)- 2014년 6월 28일 (주)삼광(대표이사 김진우)은 우수 임직원 자녀들을 대상으로 캐나다 어학연수를 위한 사전 설명회를 실시하였습니다.


이번 설명회는 가족친화경영 및 직원복지에 더 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 당사의 모습을 직원 가족들과 함께 공유하고, 캐나다 어학 연수프로그램에 대한 상세한 설명 및 현지 스케쥴 등을 공유하는 등 뜻 깊은 설명회가 되었습니다.


올해로 4번째를 맞이하는 직원자녀 캐나다 어학연수는 대표이사의 발의와 적극적인 관심아래 가족친화경영을 통한 직원 복지후생 향상 정책의 일환으로 매년 실시되고 있습니다.


어학연수에 참여하게 된 본사 기구개발팀 이주형차장의 자녀 이창훈군은 이번 기회를 통해 어학 능력 향상 및 해외 문화를 체험할 수 있는 뜻 깊은 기회를 제공해준 당사에 고마움을 표시하였으며, 어학연수 프로그램에 최선을 다하겠다는 멋진 포부를 밝혔습니다.


부사장은 이번 캐나다 어학연수 프로그램에 참여하게 된 직원 자녀들과 가족들을 격려하면서 캐나다 현지에서 체계적인 교육을 통해 영어능력을 향상시키고 다양한 문화 체험으로 직원 자녀들이 미래를 설계하는데 많은 도움이 되길 바란다고 당부하였습니다.


이번 어학연수 프로그램은 단계별 생활영어와 영어권 문화를 습득할 수 있는 문화체험 행사를 함께 실시하여 직원 자녀들의 글로벌 능력 배양하는데 중점을 두었으며, 2014년 7월 24일부터 8월 24일까지(약 4주간) 실시될 예정입니다.
