 매년 명절마다 직원들을 위한 다양한 격려 행사 개최

(삼광 NEWS)- 2014년 9월 (주)삼광(대표이사 김진우)은 추석명절을 맞아 직원들을 위한 다양한 격려 행사를 개최하였습니다.

이번 행사는 경영지원본부와 인재개발실 공동 주관으로 실시되었으며, 생산성 향상을 위해 매진하고 있는 임직원들의 노고를 격려하기 위해 실시되었습니다.

 

 

이른 아침 본사 앞마당에서는 직원들이 분주하게 추석선물을 나르는 모습이 보였습니다. 한 시간 남짓 선물세트를 운반하면서 인재개발실 김태준 주임의 이마에는 송글송글 땀방울이 맺혔습니다.

본사 앞에 길게 이어진 줄을 따라 각 공장별로 담당자들에게 선물을 전달하며, 환하게 웃는 직원들의 모습이 눈에 띄었습니다.


 

오후 1시 본사 식당에서는 점심시간을 이용하여 대표이사께서 손수 준비하신 명절 특별 케익을 나눠주는 깜짝 행사도 실시되었습니다.

 

대표이사께서는 삼광 임직원 가족 모두의 건강과 행복을 기원하셨으며, 2014년 하반기에도 새로운 목표를 향해 끊임없이 맡은 분야에서 최고의 노력을 경주해 줄 것을 당부하셨습니다.
