 (삼광 NEWS)- 2014년 11월 (주)삼광 4공장(진성테크)에서는 MES 주간 보고회가 실시되었습니다.

 

현재 MES 시스템은 지난 7월 최종 구축을 완료하고 현재, 원활한 생산체제를 구축하고 있습니다.

금번 보고회는 턴키화 정책에 따른 각 공정별 재고관리의 정확성 확보 및 명확한 경영의사 결정 자료를 제공하기 위해 실시되었습니다.


 

4공장(진성테크) 이은철 이사는 MES 정착을 위한 중점사항으로

 

첫째, 각 부서별 단위별 계획대비 실적에 대한 재고 정확도 향상 작업을 주 1회 실시

둘째, 명확한 표준 업무 프로세스를 준수하고 MES 고도화를 위한 일일 보고체계 확립

셋째, 팀별 MES관련 KPI 달성을 위한 교육 강화를 당부하였습니다.
