(삼광 NEWS)- 2014년 동관법인의 조달영업팀에서 맡은바 업무에 최선을 다하고 있는 옌진용대리를 여러분께 소개합니다.

 

옌진용대리는 2010년 조달영업팀에 사원으로 입사하여 2012년 주임을 거쳐 현재 대리로 근무 중이며 팀내 중국인 관리 팀장을 맡고 있습니다.

 

이른 아침 2공장 조달영업팀 현장 사무실에는 원활한 납기 달성을 위해 파트별 긴급회의를 실시하고 있었으며, 바쁘게 생산현장을 방문하여 공정진행 상황을 체크하는 모습도 볼 수 있었습니다.

 


 

옌대리는 일일 생산계획을 팀원들에게 다시한번 공지하고 전일 생산실적을 세심하게 확인하는 등 팀원들과 함께 맡은 바 업무에 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.

 

고객사에 필요한 특정 제품의 개선사항이 필요하다고 판단한 옌대리는 즉시 박봉근과장과 함께 제품에 대한 긴급미팅을 실시하고, 그 결과를 품질경영팀과 공유하는 등 바쁜 일상을 보내고 있었습니다.

 

 

 

옌대리는 업무를 보면서 가장 기억에 남는 순간은 지난 특정 모델의 생산량 증가로 인해 해결책을 마련하는데 매진한 순간을 떠올리며, 모든 직원들이 밤낮없이 최선을 다하여 대응한 결과 고객사가 원하는 '품질 경쟁력 높은 제품'을 만들 수 있었다고 말하고, 이런 노하우들을 바탕으로 앞으로도 적극적으로 업무에 임하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
