(삼광NEWS)- 2014년 11월 (주)삼광은 한마음 협의회를 개최하였습니다.

 

본사 인재개발실 주관으로 실시된 이번 회의에서는 임직원들의 화합과 조직활성화에 그 목적이 있습니다.

이번 협의회에서는 건전한 조직 발전을 주제로 임원 및 각 공정별 대표 1인이 참석하여 역량강화, 복지향상, 임직원간의 화합과 단결에 대해 심도있는 토론을 실시하였습니다.

 


 

본사 사출팀 이재욱 과장은 이번 협의회에서 화장실 및 휴게실 신설로 많은 직원들이 더욱 쾌적한 환경에서 편안하게 시설물을 이용할 수 있게 되었다고 밝히고 회사에 감사를 표현하였습니다.

 

 

도장팀 주순옥 반장은 본사 경영지원본부 공무팀의 적극적인 지원으로 더욱 깨끗한 사업장이 유지 될 수 있었다고 말하고, 모든 직원들이 생산성 향상 작업에 더욱 매진할 수 있는 좋은 계기가 마련된 것 같다고 밝혔습니다.

 

인재개발실 유성훈팀장은 회사 경쟁력 강화 및 화합을 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램을 확대 실시해 나가고, 부서내 각종 단합 모임 및 친목도모를 위한 동호회 활성화에도 최선을 다하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
