 (삼광 NEWS)- 2014년 12월 각 공장별 생산성 향상에 매진하고 있는 환경개선 활동을 소개해 드리겠습니다.

 

본사 사출팀에서는 사출 생산에 대한 문제 발생 시 필요한 경광등을 설치함으로써 문제 발생시 육안상으로 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 하여, 생산 현장의 빠른 대처를 통한 생산성 향상을 적극 실천하고 있는 사출팀의 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.

 

 

사출팀 오세준차장은 앞으로도 생산현장을 중심으로 지속적으로 개선할 사항을 점검하는 등 맡은 바 업무에 더욱 매진하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

 

 

윈테크(2공장)에서는 생산동 입구에 비치된 제전복함을 다시한번 청소하고 특히 마스크, 제전모자 등을 비치할 수 있는 함을 별도로 제작하여 적용하는 등 깨끗한 사업장 만들기에 적극적으로 동참하고 있는 모습이 인상적이었습니다.

 

 

도장동(3공장)에서는 야외 지게차 보관장소를 다시한번 점검하였습니다.

이용 빈도가 높은 지게차를 다시한번 점검하고 지게차 주변을 청소하여 많은 사람들이 편안하고 깨끗하게 이용할 수 있도록 하는데 매진하고 있었습니다.

 

 

진성테크(4공장)에서는 도장동 앞 에어부스를 올바로 사용하는 방법에 대한 홍보가 있었습니다.

기존 한 방향으로 작업복을 세척하던 것에서 5초간 시계방향으로 회전하며 작업복의 여러면을 세척함으로써 도장동내 깨끗한 작업환경을 조성하기 위한 직원들의 참신한 아이디어와 노력을 볼 수 있었습니다.
