대표이사께서는 임직원들을 위해 사랑의 롤케익을 전달하는 행사를 가졌습니다.

 

 

여느때와 다름없이 점심식사를 위해 본사 식당을 방문한 임직원은 식당 중앙 단상 위에 가지런히 놓인 형형색색의 고급 롤 케익을 전달 받았습니다.

 

대표이사께서는.. 

 

노고하고 있는 임직원들을 격려하기 위해 이번 특별 케익을 직접 준비하였으며, 대내외적으로 경영환경이 더욱 어려워졌지만 직원 모두가 각자 맡은 자리에서 더욱 업무에 매진하고, 각 부문별 원가절감을 통한 자구의 노력으로 반드시 경영목표를 달성하는 한해가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다해줄 것을 당부하셨습니다.

또한 매사에 자신감 있고 긍정적인 태도로 업무에 임하고 개인 업무역량을 더욱 강화하여 1인 다역을 할 수 있는 삼광 임직원들이 되자고 당부하셨습니다.

3공장 도장동에서 제조팀 김미애대리는 롤케익을 먹으면서 대표이사께 감사의 마음을 직접 전화로 표현하였으며, 반드시 현재의 어려움을 슬기롭게 극복하겠다는 강한 마음가짐으로 생산현장 중심의 업무에 만전을 기하겠다는 강한 의지를 밝혔습니다.


이번 사랑의 롤케익 전달을 위해 각 공장별 임원들이 직원들에게 직접 케익을 나눠주면서 직원들의 노고를 격려하는 등 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌습니다.
