(삼광 NEWS)- 2015년 6월 중국 현지 동관법인 직원들은 한 낮 30도가 넘는 무더위에도 아랑곳 하지 않고 맡은 바 업무에 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

 

동관법인 기숙사 동에서는 업무 종료 후 매주 3회씩 한국어 어학교육을 실시하고 있습니다.

이번 교육은 실생활에 사용 가능한 한국어를 현지 중국인들에게 교육함으로써 한･중 직원들간 더욱 깊은 유대관계를 형성하여 해당 업무를 더욱 원활하게 하는 데 그 목적이 있습니다.


2015년 4월부터 6월까지 약 3개월 간 실시될 예정인 이번 교육은 총 60명의 인원이 1차, 2차로 나누어 교육에 참여하고 있으며, 임직원들은 일일 업무 종료 후 슬기롭게 시간을 내어 적극적으로 교육을 듣고 있었습니다.

 

이번 교육의 주요 내용으로는

 

첫째, 언어 습득 레벨별(초급, 중급, 고급) 프로그램 개설

둘째, 직장 생활과 밀접한 장소에서 필요한 주요 한국어 습득능력 강화

셋째, 본인의 업무 진행시 필요한 주요 한국어 습득능력 강화

넷째, 한국 전통 명절, 고유 풍습 등 문화에 대한 이해

다섯째, 한국 방송을 통한 읽고 말하기 등의 수업방식으로 진행될 예정입니다.

 

 

이번 교육에 참석한 총무팀 송설봉 사원은 이번 한국어 수업에 있어서 가장 적극적인 직원 입니다.

평소 보안관리 및 일반 총무 업무를 맡으면서 당사를 방문한 한국 손님들을 맞이하는 일이 많았는데 이번 한국어 수업을 통해 더욱 유기적으로 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있는 기회가 마련되어서 업무 능력 향상에 많은 도움이 되고 있다고 밝혔습니다.
