(삼광NEWS)-2018년 7월 30일 삼광Vina 현장 감독자 9인이 중국 동관 법인으로 4주간의 연수를 떠났습니다. 삼광Vina의 현채 인력들이 베트남 공장의 본격 가동 전 한국과 중국의 노하우를 배우고 다채로운 프로그램을 통하여 삼광의 조직 문화를 체험할 예정입니다. 베트남에서 중국과 한국으로 출발하기 전 삼광Vina 임직원들이 함께 모여 각오를 다지고 앞으로 삼광Vina의 조기안정화와 성공을 다짐하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 따뜻한 분위기 속에서 서로를 응원하고 삼광인으로 거듭나기위해 격려를 아끼지 않았습니다. 삼광Vina의 조성제 이사는 “삼광Vina 현지 관리자들의 한국 및 중국에서 보람차고 알찬 시간이 되기를 기원한다”고 전했습니다. 오랜 시간 노하우를 쌓아온 한국과 중국에서 연수 기간 동안 현지에 적용할 수 있는 기술을 습득하고, 삼광인으로서 마음가짐을 다져 관리자로서 괄목상대할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었으면 하는 바람입니다. 추후 관리직 직원들은 8월 중순 한국으로, 현장 감독자 2기는 8월 20일경 동관으로 출발할 예정입니다.
