박성현 책임은 어떤 사람인가요? 

 

박성현 책임은 스스로를 미어캣같은 사람이라고 표현했습니다. 미어캣은 두 발로 꼿꼿하게 차렷 자세로 서서 주위를 살피는 망보기 대장입니다.  개발팀의 구성원으로써 프로젝트팀과 고객 간의 고충을 항상 예의주시하며 동물의 왕국 속 미어캣 역할을 하겠다고 전했습니다.

 

관심사와 그 이유는 무엇인가요? 

 

박성현 책임은 최근 화두가 되고 있는 워라밸에 관심이 있다고 합니다. 일과 삶의 균형이라는 뜻으로 "Work and Life Balance"를 줄여 ‘워라밸’이라는 신조어가 등장하였는데요. 개인의 일(Work)과 생활(Life)이 조화롭게 균형을 유지하고 있는 상태를 의미합니다.

   

팀에서 어떤 인물로 기억되고 싶으신가요?

  "언제 어디서나 만능 도구들로 문제를 단숨에 해결하는 해결사 가제트 형사처럼, 조직구성원들 간에 작은 문제가 발생했을 때에 잘 해결해 줄 수 있는 해결사로 기억되고 싶습니다." '나와라 만능 팔!'하고 외치는 만능 가제트 형사처럼 팀에서 활약하는 박성현 책임의 모습을 기대하겠습니다!

“좋은 인연으로 생각하고 즐겁게 다니도록 노력하겠습니다. 프로젝트 팀과 고객사 사이에서는 미어캣으로 상호간의 고충을 이해하고, 예의주시하겠습니다. 또, 팀원들 사이에서는 만능 가제트 형사처럼 작은 문제도 잘 해결할 수 있도록 열심히 노력하겠습니다.”
