<오토모티브 사업부 '1800 끝장 회의' 진행 모습>


(삼광NEWS)- 오토모티브 비상운영체제 실행오토모티브사업부 에선 현재의 경영상황에 대해 전 임직원들이 경각심을 가지고, 년내 BEP 목표달성을 위한 의지 실현과 기반조성을 위해 ‘비상운영체제’에 돌입하고, 각종 Action Plan을 시행하고 있습니다. 시행 기간은 1차적으로 9월부터 연말까지로 정하고, 경영 정상화를 위해 관리 직원들부터 솔선수범을 하여, 분위기 쇄신에 앞장 서기로 하였습니다.


먼저, 「730캠페인」으로 모든 간접사원들은 30분 일찍 출근해서 당일 진행할 업무들을 미리 준비하고, 주요 진행사항에 대해 체크하는 부분을 습관화하여, 업무에 누수가 발생치 않도록 대비 하고자 하며, 「1800 끝장 회의체」운영을 통해, 매일 일과 종료 후 오후 6시에 주요 간부 및 관계자들이 모여 회의를 하므로 당일 발생하는 문제에 대해, 그 날 바로 해결하는 체제를 구축하여 책임있게 해결 짓고자 함입니다. 특히 생산 중 발생되거나, 고객사로부터 접수된 품질 이슈에 대해서는 더욱 적극적인 대응을 통해 근본적인 원인을 찾아 대책을 수립하고, 같은 실수를 반복하지 않겠다는 강한 의지입니다. 「토요패트롤」을 통해 바쁜 일상으로 평소 놓친 부분에 대한 보완과 불합리 요소 발굴 및 개선을 통하여 결점 요소들을 보완하고, 차주 진행할 업무들을 미리 점검 하는 차원으로 시행하고 있습니다. 안전사고 예방 및 끊임 없는 개선을 통해 효율적인 현장 운영에 힘쓰고, 예방관리를 통하여 문제에 대한 대응력을 길러 고질적인 문제를 해결해 나가고자 합니다.


「My Area. My Machine」 활동은 자신의 근무지와 설비에 대한 정리와 청결문화를 정착시켜 품질 불량 제로화를 실현하기 위한 근본적인 환경을 조성하고자 함이며, CEO의 강조 사항인 ‘구분관리’를 통해 어느 누가 보더라도 용이한 현황 파악과 형식적 관리가 아닌 눈에 보이는 관리를 하고자 함 입니다.
