(삼광NEWS)-중국 동관법인에서는 삼성전자의 J시리즈 신모델인 J4, J6의 초기 물량 증가에 대한 대응을 위하여 휴일도 잊은 채 밤낮 없이 총력을 기울이고 있습니다. 경쟁사 품질 및 공급 등의 차질로 인하여 당사 추가공급 요청을 받고 지난주 초부터 동관법인에서, 갑자기 증가된 물량에 대한 생산과 납기를 맞추기 위하여 주,야간 Full 가동을 하고 있으며, 이 상황을 지원하기 위하여 김진우 대표이사 이하 본사 임직원 및 베트남 법인의 인원들까지 동관 현지에 급파되어 지원하고 있습니다. 초기대응 실패 시 고객사의 당사에 대한 신뢰는 물론 기회가 상실 될 수 있기 때문에 모두가 이를 악물고 전력투구를 하고 있습니다.


특히 지난 일요일(9월 16일)에는 중국의 최근 50년내 최대 태풍인 22호 태풍 ‘망쿳’이 동관지역을 강타하여 버스, 지하철 등의 운행이 중지되고, 시정부에서 지역內 공장 가동을 중지하라는 권고도 있었지만, 우리 삼광인의 불타는 열정을 막을 수는 없었습니다. 대표이사의 진두지휘 아래 시간대별 태풍의 경로까지 파악을 해가면서, 임직원들의 안전확보와 현장 상황에 맞는 대응을 하였고, 엄청난 강도의 비바람 속에서도 얼마 남지 않은 시간을 쪼개어 쓸 수 밖에 없는 긴박함은 지속되었습니다. 일부 정전도 발생되는 등 긴장감 속에 시간을 보내다 오후 5시가 넘어 태풍이 소강상태로 접어들고 난 후 모두가 놀란 가슴을 쓸어 내리며, 다시 작업 강도를 높였습니다. 


살고자 하면 죽을 것이고, 죽고자 하면 살 것이라는 ‘생즉사 사즉생’의 정신으로 유성곤 법인장을 중심으로 동관법인 임직원 전체가 하나가 되어, 밤낮을 잊은 대응과 또한 위기이자 기회로 당면한 현실에 뛰어들어 정면승부하고 있는 본사 및 베트남법인의 출장자들의 노력이 한데 어우러져 시간이 흐를 수록 안정을 찾고 있으며, 목표 달성을 할 수 있겠다는 희망이 조금씩 보이고 있습니다. 


또한, 협력사까지 총동원 되어 금번 상황을 해결하기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있고, 시간대별로 진행사항과 생산량을 체크하여 실시간 공유하며 긴박하게 대응을 하고 있어 삼광의 저력을 다시 한 번 증명해 보이고 있습니다. 아직은 긴장의 끈을 놓을 수 없는 상황이지만, 끝까지 잘 마무리하여 힘들고 어려운 이 시간을 고객사의 신뢰를 더 높일 수 있는 기회로 삼게 된다면 향후 베트남 법인 가동에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각합니다. 수 많은 고비와 어려움 속에서도 절대 타협없이 굴복하지 않는 삼광인의 저력이 다시 한 번 우리를 우뚝 서게 할 것이라 확신합니다. 동관 현지에서 수고를 아끼지 않고 계신 모든 분들께 응원을 보냅니다.
