(삼광NEWS)-지난 11월 6일 중국 광동성 삼성전자 혜주법인에서 제2회 중국 삼성 환경안전 혁신대회가 진행 되었습니다. 환경안전 혁신 대회는 삼성전자와 협력사들이 참여하여 직원들이 더 안전하고 건강한 환경에서 일 할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고, 삼성전자와 협력사 간의 혁신 사례를 공유하는 의미 있는 행사입니다.

 

금번 환경안전 혁신대회에는 당사를 대표하여 김진우 대표이사가 직접 참석하였으며, 행사 중 삼광 동관법인의 환경안전 혁신 사례가 발표 되었습니다. 동관법인의 환경안전 혁신 추진 내용은 삼성에서 협력사의 환경안전 수준 향상을 위한 기업육성 전략 소개와 기업육성 대상 협력사로 선정된 당사의 현장 불합리 개선을 통한 환경안전 수준을 향상시킨 내용을 중심으로 발표 하였습니다. 추진 내용은 크게 화재, 냄새, 소음 3가지 테마로 선정하였으며, 각 테마 별로 개선 과제를 소개 하는 것으로 구성 되었습니다. 아울러 PRO-3M 활동과 작업 환경 개선을 통하여 안전사고 예방을 한 사례와 공정 자동화를 추진하여 비효율 공정 간소화 및 생산성 향상 사례도 포함 되었 습니다. 컨베이어 형태 개선으로 단순 반복 작업 최소화를 시킨 사례와 작업자 안전사고 Alarm 경보 설비 구축을 준비한 영상은 참석자들의 주목을 끌었습니다. 금번 혁신 추진 성과로는 역량과제 403건 개선 및 PRO-3M 100% 달성, 그리고 공정 자동화를 통한 작업방법 개선으로 작업만족도를 98%로 상승시키는 성과를 이루었습니다.

 

향후 계획으로는 환경안전에 대한 기본 지키기가 문화로 정착되는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 모든 공정의 작업자들이 작업만족도가 100%가 될 수 있도록 임직원 모두가 자발적으로 EHS 개선 활동 추진에 적극 동참 할 예정입니다. 당사는 지속적인 환경안전 혁신 활동으로 글로벌 안전문화를 선도하는 기업이 될 것을 약속 드립니다.
