(삼광NEWS)-3월 19일(화) 2019년 여덟 번째 인물 탐구, 본사 제조팀 사출파트 김성원 대리와 인터뷰를 하였습니다.

 

간단한 자기 소개 부탁드립니다.

본사 제조팀 사출파트에서 생산 지원과 생산 실적 관리 업무를 하고 있습니다.

 

부서 내에서 자신이 맡는 역할이 있다면 어떤 것이 있을까요?

사출 사무실에는 근무하는 연령대가 다양하여 때로는 친한 형처럼, 편한 동생처럼 세대간에 의사소통의 징검다리 역할을 맡고있다고 생각합니다.

가장 큰 고민거리가 있으면 어떤 것이 있을까요?

현재 저의 가장 큰 고민거리는 지금 제가 하는 업무 외에 다른 분야로도 역량을 어떻게 키워 나갈까 하는 고민이 있습니다. 개인적인 고민거리를 하나 더 추가하자면, 대한민국 모든 미혼인 사람들처럼 결혼 문제가 개인적으로 맞닥뜨린 가장 큰 고민이라고 할 수 있겠네요.

 

올해부터 다짐한 계획이 있나요?

올해부터는 여가시간을 하루에 1시간 은 꼭 가질 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다. 독서, 운동, 여행, 주변 사람들과 만나서 어울리는 것 등 회사와 집만 오가는 단조로운 생활 패턴보다는 좀 더 활동적으로 여가시간을 보내기로 다짐했어요.

본인의 가장 큰 장점이 있다면 말씀 해주세요.

저의 가장 큰 장점이라면 좋은 말로 해서 긍정적인 마인드라고 생각합니다. 누구에게나 주어진일들에 모두 만족할 수는 없을 거라 생각합니다. 좋은 일이든 싫은 일이든 생각을 조금만 바꾼다면 일의 효율은 올라갈 거라 생각합니다.

 

마지막으로 삼광 가족들에게 한마디 부탁드립니다.

삼광 가족 모두들 건강도 챙기면서 하고자 하는 일 꼭 이루시기를 바랍니다.
