(삼광NEWS)-3월 26일(화) 2019년 아홉 번째 인물 탐구, 오토모티브 제조팀 금형 파트 기완석 대리와 인터뷰를 하였습니다.

 

간단한 자기 소개 부탁드립니다.

삼광오토모티브 사업부 제조팀 금형파트에서 방전 가공을 맡고 있습니다.

 

부서 내에서 자신이 맡는 역할이 있다면 어떤 것이 있을까요?

금형파트에서 마지막 가공인 방전 업무를 맡고 있으며, 마지막 가공인 만큼 불량률을 최소화 하기 위해 금형의 ‘교과서’ 역할을 맡고 있습니다.

자신만의 색깔이 있다고 하면 어떤 것이 있을까요?

저만의 색깔은 따로 없는 것 같습니다. 저는 저만의 색깔을 가지고 상대를 물들이려고 하기보다는 상대방의 색깔에 물들여지려고 합니다. 저 자신만 생각하다 보면 상대방과 서로 부딪히고, 실망하기 마련이죠. 하지만 상대를 존중해주고 인정하고 배려를 한다면 서로에 대해 더 깊이 알 수 있는 기회가 됩니다. 그렇다고 우유부단한 성격은 아니고, 그저 둥글둥글하게 지내며 거리를 좁혀 좀 더 친밀하게 지내고 싶은 마음입니다. 이렇게 지내다 보면 어느 순간 인정받는 기회가 되지않을까요?

 

올해 가장 의미 있는 일이 있다면 어떤 것이 있을까요?

지난주는 저에게 가장 의미 있는 날이었습니다. 여자친구와 4주년이 되는 날이기도 했고, 제 생일이기도 했습니다. 기쁜 날인만큼 사랑하는 사람과 제주도로 여행을 가서 의미 있는 시간을 함께 보냈습니다. 맛있는 것도 먹고 멋진 자연경관도 보면서 스트레스를 해소했습니다. 행복이라는 것이 거창하지않고, 그냥 함께 있는 것 만으로도 의미 있는 일이라고 .

제가 삼광 식구가 된지 9개월 가까이 되었습니다. 새로운 환경에서 적응하기가 긴장되고 한편으로는 부담되는 일이었습니다. 하지만 제가 잘 적응하며 즐겁게 생활할 수 있도록 해주신 삼광 가족 여러분들께 감사드립니다.
