(삼광NEWS)-4월 1일(월) 삼광에서는 4월 월례회를 진행 하였습니다. 금번 월례회는 김진우 대표이사의 해외출장 일정으로 이인규 부사장이 대신하여 우수사원 시상과 월례사를 대독 하였으며, 베트남 법인의 바쁜 일정으로 국내와 중국 동관법인 만 화상으로 연결하여 월례회를 진행 하였습니다.

 

먼저 법인별 우수 사원에 대한 시상이 있었고, 이후 월례사 순으로 진행 하였습니다.

 

부사장은 월례사 전 현재 대표이사 중심으로 매일 철야를 통해 숨가쁘게 돌아가고 있는 베트남 법인의 상황을 알리며, 우리의 역량을 집중시켜야 할 중요한 시점이라고 강조를 하고 월례사를 대독하였습니다. 월례사에서는 거리 곳곳이 봄의 향기로 물들어 가는 4월이 시작 되었음을 인사로, 지난 3월 각자 맡은 업무에 최선을 다한 국내외 임직원들의 노고에 깊은 감사를 표하였습니다. 물량 감소와 판가 하락 그리고, 일부 사업의 부진으로 어려운 국내 상황과 Capa부족으로 인해 고객사의 요청에 완벽하게 대응 하지 못하고 있는 해외의 어려운 상황을 설명하고, 그동안 수많은 위기와 역경을 이겨 내어 온 우리의 저력으로 위기를 기회로 삼자고 동기부여를 하였습니다.

 

안정적인 글로벌 기업으로 성장하기 위하여, 회사의 역량을 모아 성과를 창출할 수 있는 기반을 만들고, 국내는 조속히 부진을 극복할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 하며, 현재 캐시카우 역할을 해주고 있는 동관 법인에서는 더욱 분발해야 한다며 독려 하였습니다. 또한, 본격적인 양산을 진행하고 있는 베트남 법인이 하루 빨리 안정을 찾기 위하여 전사적인 지원 체제 구축을 통해 현재 직면해 있는 어려운 상황을 반드시 극복해 나가야 함을 강조 하였습니다.

 

그리고, 환경안전의 중요성을 재차 강조 하며, 작은 부주의가 대형 사고를 유발 할 수 있기에 환 작은 것 하나라도 가볍게 여기지 말고, 기본을 준수하여 안전하고 건강한 회사가 유지 될 수 있도록 만전을 기하자는 뜻을 전하였습니다.

 

‘준비된 자만이 살아 남는다.’라는 말이 있듯이, 우리가 혼신의 노력으로 갈고 닦아 준비한 경쟁력은 우리에게 기회와 도약이라는 결실을 가져다 줄 것이며, 끝까지 근성을 가지고 최선의 노력으로 우리에게 직면한 이 위기를 이겨 내자는 내용의 월례사를 대독하고, ‘새롭게 도약하자’라는 구호 제창을 외치며 4월 월례회를 마무리 하였습니다.

 

새롭게 시작하는 4월.  향긋한 봄 내음의 소식과 함께 기뿐 좋은 소식 가득한 한 달이 되길 바라며, 국내외 삼광 가족 모두의 가정에 건강과 행복이 가득하길 기원합니다.
