(삼광NEWS)-4월 5일(금) 최근 삼광비나에서는 고객사의 납기를 맞추기 위해 쉴 틈 없는 제품 생산이 이루어 지고 있습니다. 김진우 대표이사를 중심으로 주재원들은 물론 업무지원을 위해 출장 중인 본사와 동관 임직원들이 하나가 되어 불철주야 정보를 실시간으로 공유하며 업무에 임하고 있습니다.

 

지난 3월말부터 삼광비나에 업무 지원을 위하여 출장 중인 서동현차장은 고객사로부터 긴급 납품 요청이 온 모델의 생산계획에 대응하기 위하여 내부적인 업무조율을 진행 한 후 협력사인 ‘대산테크’에 일정 조율과 직원들을 격려하기 위하여 방문 하였습니다. 대산은 삼광비나로 부터 차량으로 약 20분 거리에 떨어져 있는 업체이며, 제품의 광택을 내는 버핑 공정 전문 업체 입니다. 마감 시간인 아침 6시를 목표로 시간대비 생산 계획을 달성하기 위하여 서차장은 협력사 대표이사를 비롯한 작업자들과 함께 시간과의 싸움을 하면서 생산에 매진하였고, 고군분투 끝에 시간 내 목표를 달성하였습니다. 삼광 가족과 협력사 식구들이 함께 힘을 합쳐 목표를 달성하는 성공적인 쾌거를 이루어 냈으며, 불가능 할 것 같은 부분도 모두가 협력을 하여 극복해 냄으로, 이후에 마주칠 또 다른 위기도 이겨낼 수 있다는 자신감을 얻게 되는 계기가 되었습니다.

서동현 차장은 긴급 납품 대응에 큰 힘이 되어 준 대산 협력사 임직원들에게 대표이사를 대신하여 격려의 메시지를 전달하고, 피자 15판과 치킨 5마리 특식을 제공 하였습니다. 대산 관리자인 한상현 팀장은 삼광의 격려에 감사 인사를 전하였으며, 삼광과 함께 호흡을 하게 된 것이 참 기쁘다는 소감을 전하고, 수고해 준 대산의 직원들과 함께 즐거운 마음으로 간식을 먹으며, 격려하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 현지 직원들 또한, 삼광 대표이사의 따뜻한 격려에 깊은 감사를 표하였으며, 기념 사진도 촬영하며 일정을 마무리 하였습니다. 현장에 생산을 위해 지원한 서동현 차장은 “삼광비나가 한 단계 더 성장하는 데 일조를 할 수 있어 뿌듯 했으며, 향후 지속적으로 성장하는 삼광비나가 되기를 기원한다.”는 소감과 응원의 메시지를 전했습니다.


최근 고객사의 납기 준수를 위하여, 하나의 목표 아래 반드시 해내겠다는 근성으로 한데 뭉쳐 밤을 하얗게 지세우며 수고하고 있는 삼광비나의 임직원 및 출장지원 중인 삼광의 임직원들 모두반드시 좋은 결실을 맺기를 바라며, 앞으로 무궁한 발전과 성장을 기원 합니다.
