(삼광NEWS)- 베트남법인에서는 지난 22일(토) 임직원 장기자랑 대회인 제 1회 "Samkwang Got Talent 2019"가 성황리에 개최 되었습니다.

이인규 부사장의 "젊음을 마음껏 발산하라"는 축사로 시작된 이날 행사는 양산 초기 고객 물량 대응을 위해 불철주야 생산에 매진해 온 베트남법인 임직원을 격려하고, 한국인 근무자와 베트남인 근무자가 하나로 뭉칠 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련되었습니다.

예선을 통과해 이날 본선에 오른 총 15개 팀은 약 1,200명의 관객들 앞에서 그동안 틈틈히 준비해 온 장기를 펼쳐 보이며 축제의 열기를 더 했습니다.

제 1회 대회 영광의 1위는 뮤지컬 형식의 장기를 준비해 완벽한 팀웍을 선보인 품질팀에게 돌아갔으며, 이 날 행사를 위해 베트남법인이 제공한 경품인 55인치 TV는 추첨을 통해 조립팀 여직원인 "Hau Thi Cho"양 에게 행운이 돌아갔습니다.

이날 축하를 위해 참석한 박장성 노동조합 탕 위원장은 "모두 열심히 일을 하면서 언제 이런 무대를 준비했는지 뛰어난 실력들에게 매우 놀랐고, 많은 관객들이 한데 어울려 삼광비나의 축제가 된 것을 축하한다"고 소감을 전했습니다.

베트남 법인은 1회 대회의 부족한 부분을 보완하여 매년 본 행사를 개최하여 명실상부한 사업장 고유의 문화로 계승발전 시켜 조직을 더욱 활기 넘치게 만들어 갈 계획입니다.
