(삼광NEWS)-지난 7월 23일(화) 본사 1층 통합 사무실 회의실에서 베트남 국적 근무자들의 한국 생활에 도움을 주기 위하여 경산 경찰서 외사계 소속의 피티옥란 경사가 방문하여 설명회를 진행 하였습니다. 최근 진량 공단內 숙소에서 화재가 발생되었으나, 119에 전화하는 방법을 몰라 사망한 외국인이 발생한 부분과 각종 응급상황 발생시 대처요령을 숙지하지 못하여 사고를 피하지 못하는 사건사고들이 발생되고 있는 바, 외국인 근로자들을 위한 각종 상황 발생 시 대처를 위한 설명회를 진행하게 되었습니다. 본 설명회를 주관한 강사는 베트남에서 한국으로 귀화한 피티옥란 경사가 자국민을 생각하여 당사를 직접 방문하여 베트남 직원들을 대상으로 진행 하였으며, 본사 사출 2명, 조립 12명으로 총 14명의 베트남 국적 근무자들이 참석 하였습니다.

 

본 설명회에서 가장 기본적으로 범죄(112), 민원(182), 화재(119) 신고 연락처와 해당 기관에서 어떤 역할을 맡고있는지 설명 하였으며, 언어의 장벽으로 의사소통이 원활하지 않을 때를 위한 무료 통역 서비스에 대해 소개하였습니다. 소개된 무료통역서비스는 대표적으로 BBB KOREA(1588-5644)와 다누리 콜센터(1577-1366)가 있으며, 베트남어를 포함하여 영어, 일어, 중국어, 태국어 등 다양한 외국어를 통역하여 원활한 의사소통을 지원합니다. 현재 전국의 119상황실은 외국인이 119에 신고할 경우 외국어가 가능한 경우 직접 대응하거나, 무료 통역 서비스를 이용하여 통역자원봉사자와 3자간 연결 통화로 상황에 대응하는 내용을 소개 하였습니다.

 

이외에 법률상담(132)과 체류 및 출입국에 관한 상담(1345), 임금 체불(053-667-6200)에 대한 설명으로 베트남 국적 근무자들이 지금까지 몰랐던 한국 생활에 대한 정보를 알게 되는 유익한 시간이 되었습니다. 피티옥란 경사는 연락처를 숙지하는 것도 중요하지만, 무엇보다 문제가 발생했을 때 당황하지 않고 침착하게 행동하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 강조하며 설명회를 마무리 하였습니다.
